The test strips are plenty sensitive too, they detect gluten down to 10 ppm (parts per million). That’s pretty amazing considering most companies can label food gluten free at 20 ppm.
There is a price for the security offered by using a EZ GLUTEN® Test kit. A package of two can be ordered for $25. Who could complain about price, though, when offered the chance to be sure of what you are putting in your mouth?
